Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Desktop Support And Consulting In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Microsoft Office And Other Productivity Software.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Provide Training And Support To End Users.
