Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Consultant to join the Emory University team. The Senior Desktop Consultant will work collaboratively with the IT team to provide ongoing technical support services and ensure that all end users have the technical assistance they need to remain productive and successful. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, with a strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot desktop issues. They should also possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with a diverse team.
