- Conducting Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of experienced professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and behavior data.
- Consistently implementing evidence-based interventions and techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change in clients.
- Providing support and guidance to clients and their families in implementing behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Communicating effectively with team members and parents/caregivers to ensure continuity of care and progress towards treatment goals.
- Adhering to all ethical and professional guidelines and standards in the delivery of services.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of autism treatment.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients at all times.
- Representing the Emory University School of Medicine Autism Center in a professional and positive manner within the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Special Education, Or Related Field
Certification As A Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children With Autism Or Related Developmental Disorders
Knowledge Of Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Principles And Techniques
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Family-Centered Care.
