Welcome to the Emory University School of Medicine Autism Center, a leading institution in research and treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician II to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to our clients.   1. Conducting Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  2. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of experienced professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
  3. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and behavior data.
  4. Consistently implementing evidence-based interventions and techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change in clients.
  5. Providing support and guidance to clients and their families in implementing behavior management strategies and techniques.
  6. Communicating effectively with team members and parents/caregivers to ensure continuity of care and progress towards treatment goals.
  7. Adhering to all ethical and professional guidelines and standards in the delivery of services.
  8. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of autism treatment.
  9. Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients at all times.
  10. Representing the Emory University School of Medicine Autism Center in a professional and positive manner within the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Special Education, Or Related Field

  • Certification As A Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Children With Autism Or Related Developmental Disorders

  • Knowledge Of Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Principles And Techniques

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Family-Centered Care.
