  1. Assist in the planning and coordination of public health programs, events, and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to develop and implement effective public health interventions.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and evaluation.
  4. Monitor program budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Support the recruitment and retention of students for public health programs.
  6. Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for public health programs.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the School of Medicine and external stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies.
  8. Help coordinate and facilitate community outreach and engagement activities.
  9. Contribute to the dissemination of program findings and outcomes through presentations, publications, and other communication channels.
  10. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in public health to inform program development and improvement.
  11. Provide administrative support as needed for program-related tasks and activities.
  12. Collaborate with other members of the School of Medicine team to promote a culture of excellence and innovation in the field of public health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health Or Related Field, With A Strong Foundation In Epidemiology And Biostatistics.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Public Health Setting, Preferably In A School Of Medicine Or Academic Medical Center.

  • Familiarity With Grant Writing And Project Management, As Demonstrated By Previous Successful Grant Applications And Project Completion.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Students, And Community Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Current Public Health Issues And Trends, Particularly In The Areas Of Disease Prevention And Health Promotion, With A Commitment To Promoting Health Equity And Social Justice.
