- Provide mental health support and counseling services to faculty and staff members of Emory University.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address personal and professional challenges.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health concerns and make appropriate referrals.
- Promote wellness and resilience within the university community through outreach and education.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with other members of the Faculty Staff Assistance Program team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of psychology.

- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job duties.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Build and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients.

Doctoral Degree In Psychology (Ph.d. Or Psy.d.) From An Accredited University.
Licensed As A Psychologist In The State Of Georgia.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience Providing Counseling And Therapy To Individuals.
Knowledge And Experience In Mental Health Assessment, Diagnosis, And Treatment Planning.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Collaborate With Other Mental Health Professionals.
