
Program Coordinator - School of Medicine Psychiatry

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Psychiatry department's programs, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between department staff, faculty, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain program materials, including brochures, forms, and online content.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and workshops related to the Psychiatry department's programs.
- Monitor program metrics and provide regular reports to department leadership on program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses, approving purchases, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support to faculty and staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to program activities, participants, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health and program coordination to inform program development and improvement.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making related to program initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of program participants, as needed.
- Uphold the values and mission of Emory University and the Psychiatry department in all program activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members and program participants.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Master's Degree In Education, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Or Educational Setting.
Knowledge Of Mental Health And Psychiatric Services And Resources.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Students, And Community Partners.
