- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the library team to integrate programming into overall library goals and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the library and external organizations for collaborative programming opportunities.
- Train and supervise student workers or volunteers assisting with program implementation.
- Stay informed on library policies and procedures and ensure programs adhere to them.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and expand library programming to meet the evolving needs of the community.
- Represent the library and its programs at campus events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Library Science, Education, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Library Or Educational Setting.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Staff, Faculty, And Students.
Knowledge Of Library Services And Resources, As Well As Experience With Event Planning And Budget Management.
