
Program Coordinator (Office of Diversity and Inclusion)
The Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Emory University is a critical and highly visible role, requiring an experienced and committed individual with a passion for creating an equitable, inclusive, and diverse campus community. The successful candidate must have the interpersonal and organizational skills to develop, coordinate, and successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the Office. The Program Coordinator must possess a strong commitment to promoting equity, inclusion, and social justice.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, or Public Administration; at least two years of experience in an administrative role; knowledge of and/or experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative problem solver who is able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
