  1. Develop and implement program initiatives to support the mission and goals of the Lillian Carter Center.
  2. Coordinate and manage various projects and events, including workshops, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to create and maintain effective partnerships and relationships.
  4. Act as a liaison between the Lillian Carter Center and other departments and organizations within Emory University and the larger healthcare community.
  5. Assist with the recruitment, selection, and orientation of program participants and volunteers.
  6. Develop and maintain program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  7. Create and distribute program materials and communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and press releases.
  8. Conduct research and collect data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Provide support and guidance to program participants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  10. Stay informed about current trends and developments in nursing and healthcare and use this knowledge to inform program development and activities.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote the Lillian Carter Center and its programs through various channels.
  12. Maintain accurate records and files related to program activities and participants.
  13. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of Emory University and the Lillian Carter Center.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance job performance and contribute to the overall success of the center.

Job Qualifications
