  1. Support the development and implementation of innovative health strategies and programs in collaboration with the H-SIPS team and external partners.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on global health issues to inform program development and decision-making.
  3. Assist in the planning and coordination of program activities, including meetings, workshops, and trainings.
  4. Monitor and track program progress and report on key metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program goals and objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
  7. Contribute to the development of program budgets, resource allocation, and financial management.
  8. Stay informed on current trends and advancements in global health to inform program strategies and approaches.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Support the development and dissemination of program materials and resources.
  11. Provide administrative support to the H-SIPS team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  12. Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement and growth.

  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to program activities.
  15. Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, International Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In Program Support Or Project Management In An Ngo Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Health Strategy And Innovation, With A Focus On Global Health Issues.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
