- Support the mission and values of The Carter Center by actively promoting peace, health, and human rights.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives to achieve the organization's goals.
- Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, including budget, expenses, and program outcomes.
- Conduct research and gather information to support program development and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute events, workshops, and conferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and donors.
- Assist with the creation of program materials, including presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Monitor and track program progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Communicate with program participants and stakeholders to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues or challenges and propose solutions.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant industry developments and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As International Development, Public Policy, Or Nonprofit Management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Ngo Or International Development Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Monitoring And Evaluation Tools And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.
