- Assist in managing program budgets and tracking expenses.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to program managers.
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members.
- Assist in developing and implementing program evaluation methods and processes.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with organization and funder guidelines and regulations.
- Stay current on global health issues and trends to inform program strategies.
- Represent the organization and program at meetings, conferences, and events.
- Continuously seek opportunities for program improvement and growth.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As International Development, Public Health, Or Nonprofit Management.
Prior Experience Working In A Nonprofit Or Ngo, Preferably In A Program Support Role.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.
