Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Higher Education Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Or A Relevant Subject Area.
Strong Understanding Of Program Development And Management, Including Budgeting, Planning, And Evaluation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups Of Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities With Attention To Detail And A High Level Of Organization.
