- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to produce high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, that aligns with Emory University's brand and messaging.
- Use your creativity and technical skills to capture compelling images and footage that tell a story and engage our audience.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop ideas for visual content that will support various marketing and communication initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and techniques in photography and videography to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Assist with pre-production tasks such as location scouting, equipment setup, and prop sourcing.
- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture footage and images, ensuring high-quality and professional results.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of visual content and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate and maintain professional relationships with clients, subjects, and other stakeholders during shoots.
- Manage and organize visual assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing ideas and suggestions to improve visual content and processes.

Proficiency In Photography And Videography Techniques: Applicants Should Possess A Strong Foundation In Photography And Videography, Including Knowledge Of Composition, Lighting, And Editing Software.
Familiarity With Marketing And Communication Strategies: A Successful Intern Will Have A Working Knowledge Of Marketing And Communication Principles, Including Social Media, Email Campaigns, And Branding.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: Interns Will Be Working Closely With The Marketing And Communication Team At Emory University, So Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Time-Management Skills Are Essential.
Previous Experience In A Similar Role: While Previous Internship Experience Is Not Required, Applicants With Relevant Work Experience In Photography, Videography, Or Marketing Will Be Prioritized.
