We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and is motivated to help us to drive innovation and impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property and licensing principles and be comfortable working independently and in a team setting. The Licensing Associate will be responsible for providing guidance and support in the areas of intellectual property and licensing. This person will help to identify, evaluate, and negotiate new technologies and facilitate the transfer of technology from the University to the marketplace. The successful candidate will have an educational background in business, engineering, law or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technology transfer, licensing or intellectual property. An understanding of intellectual property and contract law, along with the ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents, is essential. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are required.
