- Provide leadership to the advanced practice team, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding other providers.
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the advanced practice team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Serve as a role model for advanced practice providers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new advanced practice providers.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the advanced practice team.
- Collaborate with other departments and disciplines to contribute to the advancement of the institution.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members and colleagues.
- Act as a liaison between the advanced practice team and other departments within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the advanced practice team and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in advanced practice to continually improve patient care.
- Represent the advanced practice team in meetings, committees, and other forums as needed.
Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Current Certification As An Advanced Practice Provider, Such As Aprn Or Pa-C.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As An Advanced Practice Provider In A Clinical Setting.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Advanced Practice Providers.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
