
Director of Programs
The Emory University Director of Programs is a dynamic and highly visible leader responsible for developing, managing, and implementing a wide range of programmatic and service initiatives. This position requires a self-motivated and strategic individual who is able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders while focusing on the overall mission of the institution. The successful candidate must possess a flexible approach and have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a related field. The Director of Programs should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate successful project management, and have a proven record of meeting deadlines. This individual should also be able to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
