- Collaborate with the Spiritual Health Research team to develop and implement research strategies and protocols.
- Recruit and enroll participants for research studies, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee research activities, including data collection, record keeping, and participant follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date on current research and trends in spiritual care practices.
- Communicate research findings and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts to support spiritual health research initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of publications and presentations related to spiritual health research.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote the integration of spirituality in patient care.
- Represent Emory University and the Spiritual Health Research team at conferences and other professional events.
- Act as a liaison between the research team and external organizations, maintaining positive relationships and promoting collaboration.

Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Theology, Or Public Health.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Spiritual Health Or Mental Health Research.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Experience With Data Collection And Analysis.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
