- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies within the Wharton Lab, including recruitment and enrollment of participants, data collection and analysis, and adherence to study protocols.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research plans, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between the research team and study participants, providing necessary support and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including participant files, study protocols, and consent forms.
- Schedule and conduct study visits and procedures, ensuring proper equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
- Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events to the research team and regulatory agencies as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant research protocols and procedures, as well as changes in regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other research coordinators and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the research program.
- Assist with data entry, organization, and analysis, and contribute to the preparation of study reports and publications.
- Communicate regularly with the research team and principal investigator to provide updates on study progress and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality standards in conducting research activities.

Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Regulatory Requirements.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Computer Software, Including Microsoft Office And Electronic Data Capture Systems.
