- Develop and implement academic programs in accordance with the school's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and update program curriculum.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for program improvement and make recommendations to enhance student learning experience.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient operation.
- Oversee program enrollment and student progress, ensuring adherence to program requirements and standards.
- Work closely with academic advisors to provide support and guidance to students in the program.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of program staff.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with university and accrediting bodies' guidelines.
- Participate in program evaluation and assessment, making necessary adjustments to improve program outcomes.
- Represent the school and its programs at conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical education to continuously improve program offerings.
- Provide support to the Director of the program and assist in any other duties as assigned.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Education.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Program Evaluation.
