The Assistant Director, Program will play a crucial role in supporting the school's mission by assisting in the development and implementation of various academic programs.   1. Develop and implement academic programs in accordance with the school's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and update program curriculum.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for program improvement and make recommendations to enhance student learning experience.
  4. Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient operation.
  5. Oversee program enrollment and student progress, ensuring adherence to program requirements and standards.
  6. Work closely with academic advisors to provide support and guidance to students in the program.
  7. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of program staff.
  8. Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and opportunities.
  9. Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with university and accrediting bodies' guidelines.
  10. Participate in program evaluation and assessment, making necessary adjustments to improve program outcomes.
  11. Represent the school and its programs at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical education to continuously improve program offerings.
  13. Provide support to the Director of the program and assist in any other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Education.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Program Evaluation.
