  1. Develop and implement innovative educational programs in line with Emory University's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the quality and effectiveness of educational programs.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in higher education.
  4. Oversee the budget and resources for educational programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  5. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance educational programs and opportunities for students.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators to ensure smooth and successful execution of educational programs.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to promote and market educational programs to attract a diverse pool of students.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the success of educational programs, making recommendations for improvement and expansion.
  9. Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations related to educational programs in order to ensure compliance.
  10. Represent Emory University and the educational programs at conferences, events, and other external engagements.
  11. Encourage and support a culture of inclusion and diversity within the educational programs.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.
  13. Stay knowledgeable about the latest developments and advancements in educational technology and integrate them into programs when appropriate.
  14. Support and promote student success by providing resources and support to students in the educational programs.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the university to ensure alignment and integration of educational programs with other initiatives and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Development And Management In An Educational Setting.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management And Grant Writing.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Best Practices In Curriculum Design, Instruction, And Assessment.
