- Develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and leadership opportunities within the Emory University community.
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive campus environment that supports the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of our student body.
- Collaborate with various departments and student organizations to create meaningful and impactful events and initiatives.
- Utilize knowledge of student development and social justice to create programs that address the needs and interests of our students.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Work closely with student leaders to identify and address areas of improvement within the campus community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with campus partners and external organizations to expand opportunities for student involvement and community engagement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the success of community and student-led programs.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in student engagement and leadership development to continually enhance our programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Higher Education, Student Affairs, Or Community Development.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Higher Education Setting, Preferably In Community Or Student Engagement.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Successful Community Engagement Programs And Initiatives.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Groups Of Students, Faculty, And Community Members.
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Community Engagement And Student Leadership Development.
