
Assistant Dean of Student Affairs

Required Qualifications:• A minimum of a master’s degree in student affairs, counseling, higher education, or a related field• At least five years of progressive experience in student affairs, higher education, or related field• Demonstrated knowledge of student development theory, student learning outcomes assessment, and student retention strategies• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Commitment to promoting and enhancing a diverse and inclusive campus community• Knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Banner
