1. Provide support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students in utilizing academic technology resources.

4. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate faculty, staff, and students on how to effectively integrate technology into their teaching and learning processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues and provide timely and efficient support to users.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure the university is utilizing the most advanced and effective tools.
7. Research and evaluate new software, applications, and tools to enhance the academic experience at Emory.
8. Collaborate with other members of the academic technology team to develop and implement university-wide technology initiatives.
9. Assist in the planning and execution of technology-related events and projects, such as conferences and workshops.
10. Serve as a resource and consultant for faculty and staff, providing guidance on best practices for utilizing technology in the classroom and online.
11. Act as a liaison between various departments and technology support teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of technology usage and support requests.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve the university's academic technology resources and services.
14. Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in academic technology and make recommendations for updates and improvements to current systems.
15. Adhere to university policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security.
