- Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of specialized patient services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of specialized programs and services, making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners to enhance specialized patient services.
- Oversee the budget for specialized patient services, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the specialized patient services team.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for specialized patient services.
- Foster a culture of exceptional patient care and service among the specialized patient services team.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of specialized patient services staff.
- Monitor and analyze data related to specialized patient services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Emory Healthcare to integrate specialized patient services into overall patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure their needs are being met.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for Emory Healthcare as a member of the leadership team.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, and leadership, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to specialized patient care.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Patient Care Best Practices, Quality Improvement Initiatives, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Specialized Patient Services, Including But Not Limited To Oncology, Cardiology, And Neurology.
