  1. Develop and implement specialized programs and services that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of specialized patient services.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of specialized programs and services, making adjustments as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners to enhance specialized patient services.
  5. Oversee the budget for specialized patient services, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.
  6. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the specialized patient services team.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in specialized patient care.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for specialized patient services.
  9. Foster a culture of exceptional patient care and service among the specialized patient services team.
  10. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of specialized patient services staff.
  11. Monitor and analyze data related to specialized patient services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Emory Healthcare to integrate specialized patient services into overall patient care.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure their needs are being met.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for Emory Healthcare as a member of the leadership team.
  15. Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, and leadership, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to specialized patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Care Best Practices, Quality Improvement Initiatives, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Specialized Patient Services, Including But Not Limited To Oncology, Cardiology, And Neurology.
