  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and success of Emory Healthcare's physician network and business initiatives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and impact of the organization.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential physician partners, as well as other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align physician network and business development strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry and make recommendations for growth and improvement.
  6. Lead and manage a team of professionals to effectively implement business development and network management strategies.
  7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of physician network and business initiatives.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with physician partners, ensuring mutually beneficial and compliant terms.
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  10. Represent Emory Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization and build relationships with potential partners.
  11. Collaborate with other departments within Emory Healthcare to integrate physician network and business initiatives with overall organizational operations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of physician network and business operations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Vice President Physician Business And Network Development At Emory Healthcare Should Hold A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And The Ability To Make Informed Decisions Related To Physician Partnerships And Network Development.

  • Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Business Acumen, Including Knowledge Of Healthcare Finance, Budgeting, And Strategic Planning. This Will Be Essential In Developing New Partnerships And Expanding The Network Of Physicians At Emory Healthcare.
