  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all departments are adequately stocked.
  2. Monitor and track supply orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or delays.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure the best value for the organization.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  5. Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
  6. Utilize supply chain management software to track inventory levels, monitor supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Produce regular reports on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Coordinate with finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment of suppliers.
  9. Train and educate staff on supply chain processes and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and implement them within the organization.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
  12. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain process.
  14. Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve any supply chain-related issues.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supply chain manager or leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Coordination Or Related Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, And Supply Chain Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Supply Chain Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Vendors To Ensure Efficient And Timely Delivery Of Supplies.
