Certification As A Certified Registered Central Service Technician (Crcst) Or Certified Sterile Processing And Distribution Technician (Cspdt).
Completion Of An Accredited Sterile Processing Technician Program Or Equivalent Training.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In A Sterile Processing Or Surgical Technician Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Infection Control And Sterilization Principles, As Well As Regulatory Standards And Guidelines (Such As Aami And Aorn).
Strong Attention To Detail, Organization Skills, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
