- Oversee and manage all aspects of the medical nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care within the medical nursing department.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the medical nursing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to medical nursing.
