- Oversee and manage all aspects of the medical nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care within the medical nursing department.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the medical nursing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to medical nursing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Extensive Clinical Experience: A Specialty Director, Medical Nursing At Emory Healthcare Should Have A Strong Clinical Background And Experience In A Specialty Area Such As Cardiology, Oncology, Or Critical Care. This Experience Should Include Direct Patient Care As Well As Leadership Roles.
