As a Senior Strategic Planning Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of our organization.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support the mission and goals of Emory Healthcare.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and insights for strategic planning initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain strategic planning documents, including mission statements, vision statements, and long-term plans.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Provide guidance and support to department heads and leadership teams in developing and executing strategic plans.
  7. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and growth opportunities for the organization.
  8. Stay informed about changes and developments in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations for adapting strategic plans accordingly.
  9. Communicate strategic initiatives and progress to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategic plans across the organization.
  11. Facilitate strategic planning meetings and workshops with key stakeholders.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the strategic planning team.
  14. Stay up-to-date on best practices in strategic planning and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  15. Uphold Emory Healthcare's values and mission in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Strategic Planning Or Related Field
