At Emory Healthcare, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Operations to join our team. We need a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for making an impact and driving results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business operations, with a vision to develop and implement innovative and efficient solutions. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Experience in healthcare and/or the health technology field is preferred. Responsibilities: -Lead and manage all aspects of the business operations for Emory Healthcare -Develop and implement innovative and efficient solutions to drive results -Develop and manage budgets and financial plans -Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement -Lead cross-functional teams to ensure success of operations -Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders -Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives -Manage and mentor staff; provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure success -Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare and health technology industries
