- Conduct in-depth analysis of current compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements and updates.
- Design and implement new compensation programs that align with organizational goals and attract top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and maintain job descriptions and salary structures.
- Evaluate and analyze employee compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and leadership, to ensure alignment and understanding of compensation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Monitor and analyze changes and trends in the market to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation programs.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and leadership on compensation-related matters.
- Analyze and interpret data to create reports and presentations for leadership.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in compensation to continuously improve organizational offerings.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and train junior compensation analysts on best practices and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation Practices, Including Market Analysis, Job Evaluation, And Salary Structure Design.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compensation Programs And Policies, And Providing Recommendations For Improvement.
