- Provide compassionate and high-quality respiratory care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and nebulization treatments, under the supervision of a licensed respiratory therapist.
- Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatments and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the respiratory care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory disease management and home care techniques.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Keep up-to-date with new developments and technologies in respiratory therapy and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure safe and effective functioning.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Comply with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking and ordering supplies as needed.

Associate's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field
Current Certification As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc)
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Setting
Knowledge Of And Ability To Operate Respiratory Therapy Equipment And Devices
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds.
