  1. Act as a representative of Emory Healthcare and provide a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new nursing students entering the Registered Nurse Residency Program.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing specialized training programs for nursing students.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide hands-on experience and mentorship to nursing students.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of nursing students in the program and provide feedback and support as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and safety.
  7. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the program.
  8. Serve as a resource for nursing students, providing guidance and support throughout their residency.
  9. Keep accurate records and documentation related to the program and nursing students' progress.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the program to meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
  11. Participate in recruitment and selection processes for the Registered Nurse Residency Program.
  12. Uphold the values and mission of Emory Healthcare, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all.
  13. Model professional behavior and ethical standards for nursing students to emulate.
  14. Represent Emory Healthcare in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Applicants Must Have A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Georgia.

  • Strong Academic Performance: Emory Healthcare Seeks Candidates With A Minimum Cumulative Gpa Of 3.0 On A 4.0 Scale In Their Nursing Program.

  • Completion Of Nclex Exam: Applicants Must Have Successfully Passed The National Council Licensure Examination (Nclex) Prior To The Start Of The Residency Program.
