Registered Nurse, ENT / Otolaryngology

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and dedicated team at Emory Healthcare within the ENT / Otolaryngology department. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and a highly organized professional with a strong commitment to patient care and safety. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients and their families, while also collaborating with our medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care possible.The successful candidate should have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher, along with a valid RN license from the Georgia Board of Nursing. In addition to these qualifications, we also seek a Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting, with a demonstrated knowledge of ENT, Otolaryngology, and/or Head & Neck Surgery. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to ENT/Otolaryngology patients and their families.
2. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care possible.
3. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay.
4. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatments.
6. Perform diagnostic tests and evaluate results.
7. Document patient care services in the medical records.
8. Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures.
9. Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
10. Maintain a safe and clean environment within the ENT department.
