  1. Provide exceptional patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cardiothoracic surgery.
  2. Collaborate with renowned surgeons and advanced practice providers to ensure high-quality surgical outcomes.
  3. Utilize strong critical thinking skills to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
  4. Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery.

  15. Continuously evaluate and improve nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited University

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Georgia

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Critical Care Or Cardiac Surgery Setting

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In Cardiothoracic Surgery Procedures And Post-Operative Care.
