- Create and maintain program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators to ensure effective program implementation and execution.

- Coordinate program evaluations and assessments to measure participant satisfaction and program impact.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to meet the changing needs of the organization and community.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
