  1. Provide administrative support to program managers in coordinating and implementing healthcare programs.
  2. Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to healthcare programs.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including participant information and program materials.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, partners, and team members.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support program initiatives and decision-making.
  6. Participate in program planning and development, including brainstorming and contributing ideas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
  8. Prepare and distribute program materials, such as presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  9. Monitor and track program budgets and expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
  10. Assist with program evaluation and data analysis to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and developments in healthcare to support program innovation and improvement.
  13. Take initiative to identify and address program issues or challenges.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, partners, and team members.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to help others.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Program Or Project Management Role.

  • Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
