  1. Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of various programs within Emory Healthcare.
  2. Maintain organized and accurate program records and documentation.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  4. Provide administrative support to program leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence.
  5. Assist in the development and distribution of program marketing materials and outreach efforts.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  7. Monitor program budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies or concerns to program leaders.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  9. Attend program-related events and meetings as necessary to support program goals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to program processes and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to program implementation and administration.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Emory Healthcare.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to program management and make recommendations for implementation.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Other duties as assigned by program leaders or management.
