- Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of various programs within Emory Healthcare.
- Maintain organized and accurate program records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Provide administrative support to program leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the development and distribution of program marketing materials and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor program budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies or concerns to program leaders.
- Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Attend program-related events and meetings as necessary to support program goals.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to program processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to program implementation and administration.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Emory Healthcare.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to program management and make recommendations for implementation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by program leaders or management.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Program Support Role
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Regulations Preferred
