  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels: The Perioperative Services Materials Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory of materials and supplies used in the perioperative services department. This includes tracking usage, ordering and restocking supplies, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  2. Facilitate timely deliveries: The coordinator will work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that materials and supplies are delivered in a timely manner. This may involve negotiating delivery schedules, coordinating with other departments, and communicating any delays or issues to appropriate parties.
  3. Coordinate with perioperative services team: The materials coordinator will work closely with the perioperative services team to determine supply needs and ensure that the necessary materials are available for procedures. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Materials Management, Preferably In A Perioperative Services Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Surgical Procedures, And Medical Supply Inventory Management.

  • Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Materials Management Software, With The Ability To Learn And Utilize New Systems Quickly.
