We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Services Delivery Consultant to serve as a strategic partner and HR Business Partner for our Regional Hospital Division.   1. Serve as a strategic partner and HR Business Partner for the Regional Hospital Division, working closely with leadership to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  2. Act as a key resource for all employee-related inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive employee engagement within the Regional Hospital Division.
  4. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  5. Conduct regular analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends, make recommendations, and implement solutions to improve employee retention and overall organizational success.
  6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build managers' HR capabilities and promote a positive work culture.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people services delivery, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our HR services and processes.
  9. Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Regional Hospital Division, and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  10. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  11. Partner with other departments, such as Recruitment and Compensation, to support the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees within the Regional Hospital Division.
  12. Represent Emory Healthcare in a professional manner, both internally and externally, and uphold our values and mission in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Implementing Hr Programs And Initiatives.
