  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a consultant and advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  3. Partner with department leaders to identify and address employee-related issues and concerns.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and services.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee development and engagement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
  7. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  9. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
  11. Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, promoting the Emory Healthcare brand and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hrbp Or Related Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Programs, And Initiatives To Support Organizational Goals And Drive Employee Engagement.
