  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and treatment plans.

  6. Collaborate with insurance companies and assist patients with insurance verification and authorization processes.

  9. Maintain and order necessary office and medical supplies, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
  10. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment for patients and staff.
  11. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Scheduling Systems, With Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Software.
