  1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all patient inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
  4. Schedule appointments and manage patient schedules effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, insurance details, and medical history.
  6. Coordinate with other departments within the healthcare facility to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to patients.
  7. Handle insurance verification and authorization processes for patients' treatments and procedures.
  8. Assist in the coordination of patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
  9. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  10. Respond to patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain strict confidentiality in all patient-related matters.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Scheduling Processes.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
