
Patient Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at Emory Healthcare. Our ideal candidate should have the drive to ensure a positive patient experience for every customer that visits our medical centers.The Patient Experience Specialist must possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a passion for patient advocacy. They should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, along with a comprehensive knowledge of customer service processes and procedures. They should be highly organized and able to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.The Patient Experience Specialist must have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience in the healthcare industry. A degree in healthcare or a closely related field is preferred. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work with a broad range of people.If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and optimizing the patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
