Responsibilities: • Provide quality care to patients in a professional manner • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medical documentation • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team • Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans • Provide emotional support to patients and families • Participate in educational activities and continuing education • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
