Advanced Degree: A Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedic & Spine At Emory Healthcare Must Have A Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program, With A Focus On Orthopedic And Spine Care.
Board Certification: The Candidate Must Be Board Certified As A Nurse Practitioner And Maintain Current Certification Through The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).
Clinical Experience: Emory Healthcare Requires A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Orthopedic And Spine Care As A Registered Nurse Or Nurse Practitioner.
Licensure: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Georgia, Or Be Eligible For Licensure Through Endorsement.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Nurse Practitioner Will Work Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide Comprehensive Care For Orthopedic And Spine Conditions.
