1. Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with neurological conditions in the Neuro ICU.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
3. Monitor and assess patient progress, including vital signs, lab values, and neurological status.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively respond to changes in patient condition.
