Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Or A Related Field
Previous Experience Working In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting
Knowledge Of Mental Health Disorders, Treatments, And Interventions
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Their Families
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment And Handle Difficult Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
