  1. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs.
  2. Uphold the values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various mental health disorders, their symptoms, and treatment options.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and response to treatment.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to treatment.

  11. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the field of mental health.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for patients and colleagues.

  14. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and overall quality of care.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders

  • Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members

  • Strong Understanding Of Ethical And Legal Considerations In Mental Health Treatment And Patient Confidentiality
